A delicate chain necklace with a single sparkly blue glass link decorated with clear droplets.
Measurements
The link measures 26mm by 35mm.
The link is finished with a 45cm (18 inch) sterling silver trace chain. The chain closes with a bolt ring clasp which fastens through a jump ring.
How is this necklace made?
Creating this piece starts with creating the link which is then annealed. The link is cleaned, polished and put onto a chain.
Each link is made individually in our Yorkshire studio. The links are created freehand rather than using a mould making every one unique. The shiny finish and clear dots catch the light and add texture, so it's a lovely thing to play with as well as wear.
What is the necklace made from?
The glass link is made from borosilicate glass. The chain is recycled sterling silver.

Care For Your Jewellery
The best way to care for silver is to keep it in airtight packaging such as the tin it comes in when it’s not being worn. If it does tarnish (which is completely normal) it can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. Glass can be cleaned with soap and water and polished with a soft cloth.
